Es fuerza y concentración.si miran y escuchan el distrajo con ruido y hasta los hizo reír.a diferencia de el utilizo audífonos para no ser desconcentrado.
the skinniest one out them all do it there a guy called antoly and he is not big but powerlifter he dresses up as cleaner in gym and destroys the guys double his size
The only reason the last guy could lift them and the others couldn't is that he was using proper lifting form. The others were bent at the back and using thier arms instead of using their legs. Legs are by far your strongest muscle group. The average person can lift at least 3x their own body weight with your legs. You do this every time you jump. Requiring at least that much strength to create the momentum to get off the ground and to land without the impact causing injury. The heavier you are, the more weight your legs can take. As long as you are able to walk without difficulty.
Essentially this is just a deadlift variation of the trap bar. I haven't seen too many comments talking about how good his technique is compared to the other lifts. He was the only one who braced properly, kept his arms straight parallel to his shoulders and had a strong starting position with his hips alligned with his shins.
