  1. The quality of Boog’s this year has been rough. It was always my go-to but the new vendor the Orioles are using this year has really made the food go downhill stadium-wide.

    I believe that this guy came up with some good recipe changes but if the food gets cooked by clueless people on gameday it won’t really matter.

    Well-done pit beef is going to suck no matter how good the recipe was.

  2. You know I think I kept missing Boog's BQ in my past trips to Baltimore. Probably because we all planned to meet and eat closer to the inner harbor restaurants. Boog is still my all time favorite Oriole. That's one of those childhood hero type of things that stick with you. He's was like the friendly Giant clobbering homers. I was from NYC and often went to Yankee stadium when the O's were in town. Once was right behind home plate. I yelled 'Hey Boog Powell!' and he turned around and sort of tipped his helmet. Then he it a double. I always thought that was my double. 😀
