Looks like the golfing gremlins bit you hard and robbed you from that putt. It hugged the rim around the hole. Watched it a few times and I have never seen funky things on greens but never anything like it.
It looked like it hit someone's ball mark or something on the green. I wouldn't get too frustrated about that one. The golf gods just frowned on you for a sec. It happens to all of us.

Every shot is a three foot shot. And you should have aimed two inches more to the left. Then you would have hit center of cup.

Cup is crowned. Happens when you don’t use the cup setter (or an inconsiderate golfer uses their putter to dig their ball out of the hole)
There must have been the tiniest lip on your outside of the hole for it to kick the ball so hard away from the hole.

Same thing happened to me the other day. Putt looked good until the last second . Only difference my putt was a putt double bogey lol
I'm not the smartest guy, but I think what happened with the putt is it didn't quite go in.
