Mikel Arteta has responded to naysayers who have not backed Arsenal’s hopes of a first Premier League title for nearly 20 years.

Arsenal drew their last Premier League game against Southampton allowing their title rivals Manchester City to close the gap.

Mikel Arteta persists that his side still have the confidence to get the job done.

Arsenal will face their rivals Manchester City before the end of the season in what could prove to be a title deciding match.

  1. It's funny how Arteta basically agreed with Gary. Gary just said that this was a wobble and teams wobble in a title race but they must recover which is what happened a few months ago when they had a blip and then came back against Aston Villa. And most Arsenal fans I think would agree that it wasn't ideal that they let two 2-0 leads slip consecutively and that they must go on and win against Southampton.
Gary's bias shows when he talks about United and he has been a party pooper of sorts when it comes to Arsenal's resurgence this season but on the title race itself, he hasn't actually been all that wrong. He said City were favourites and they are, he said Arsenal were great but inexperienced and that will cost them the title. Now Arsenal might still win and I hope they do, but if they don't, it won't be because they weren't good enough, because they are good enough. If they lose the title it will be because they let this one slip.

  2. These "twists and turns" are a result of poor game management. Weird substitutions with bad timing.

  3. Maybe fans don't like his touch line antics but I think everyone can agree he shows a lot of respect and professionalism in interviews

  4. Who’s Gary Neville and why should his opinion matter more than Dave’s from my local pub? Clown journalists!

  5. ARTETA AINT RESPONDING TO ANYTHING G NEVILLE SAID…

HE CLEARLY MENTIONS THERE WILL BE TWISTS N TURNS… 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

  6. “This is the voice of the Mysterons and their representative on planet Earth, Captain Black. Gary Neville is a moron. Thank you for your time.”

  7. Rival fans say arsenal are bottling it..but liverpool..Chelsea.. United…spurs have bottled it…?.at least arsenal are putting up a fight..

  8. It's amazing that Arsenal drawing at Anfield is now considered a bad result. Quite the change from Arsenal being smashed by 5 goals.

  9. Stubbornly fielding a side not based on form but by picking your favorite players will, cost us the league and deservedly. Benching in-form players e.g. Trossard is criminal.
