Harry, this is the move that I am working on in my swing and I am getting closer to what you are explaining. I am trying to keep the hands and arms in closer to my body staying connected and trying to get a fuller backswing. Then, engaging the lower body by moving the pressure to the lead leg on the downswing and rotating through the ball!. With exception of a few thin shots, this method was really working as it should today. Best round of golf in over a year and a half. Looking forward to more good things to come Harry!
