As a Jets fan, Nick's point about their wins is legit. But, what he doesn't say is how close they were to beating the Pats twice, Buffalo again, Minnesota and the other games they lost the qb play was so bad they didn't have a chance. That's where the hope comes from. Almost every statistical evaluation dictated that if the Jets had average qb play, they would've won 11 games.
