Bob Myers blew it with the Janes wiseman pick it literally caused a Domino affect if we drafted LaMelo we would have saved so much more money and time LaMelo was a ball now type of player's wiseman was a project what was they thinking??????? Why didn't lacob get a seasoned big in the second round or free agency or g league to fill in the second team with LaMelo it wouldn't matter

Dude who was drafted this year sucks. I do not understand why they continue to draft dudes that aren’t ready. If that’s the case the pick could have been traded for additional help for the bench.
Speaking of Brunson and bad management …. Mark Cuban fired Donnie Nelson Jr. — after he got Luka and Brunson in the same draft. Nelson also begged Cuban to draft Giannis as Dallas had the pick BEFORE the Bucks. Cuban refused.
And then Cuban failed to appreciate Brunson and didn't resign him — and Knicks got him for free. Exactly what Cuban did with Nash, who went on to win 2 MVPs in Phoenix.
Guys get missed in the draft by a lot of teams. The problem with the Warriors is they have drafted very poorly for years. Larry Riley drafted Steph and Klay long ago in a galaxy far away …. and the Warriors have picked poorly ever since Myers took over. And no reason to be impressed with Dunleavy so far either. 😂
If they drafted that well their luxury tax would be double what it is now. That said, their drafts are pretty pathetic.
Usually love your videos thought I must say this was a miss. Framing it as they should have compare to could have would set the tone of the video so differently.
It’s impossible to make all these right calls without being God or a time traveler.

Normally hoop reports you have great analysis on basketball and the warriors but this isn’t it. So Hoop reports stop with “what if” cause no one can predict what the future would have been or how these players that you’re talking about would have turn out to be.

My thoughts on these what-if videos are number one, if supposed player was drafted by the warriors, there's no guarantee that this same player would have developed the same way. Second, if the warriors did draft and develop this same player effectively, would they have had the same pock for the subsequent season? Third, this argument could go way back into the past, like and affect the present. Like what if Minnesota drafted Curry, would he still be known to manu as the greatest shooter of all time? Would he have as many championships as he has now? Then the warriors as we know it today wouldn't exist. Curry may be out of the league already due to chronic ankle injuries. Draymond may be on another team than the warriors. Klay may be the superstar player. The ripple effect.
That's why I'm not convinced by these videos because these thoughts automatically come to my mind. If one of those decisions the content creator supposed, the subsequent choices and state of matters would have been different.
Warriors have something against big tall men. They just kept on drafting and trading for guards while everybody and his dog knows that they need another big mobile defensive centre!
