In this video as I’m recovering from the two broken wrists, we did a fit on Jack (who is usually holding the camera) to hopefully show you the process of how a bike fit works.

Good stuff, Chris. I especially liked Dan's explanation of the relationship btwn cleats / shoes / foot / ankle / knee.
Lost me at cleat wedging for "more support" to address pronation. Flimsy stock footbeds in standard shoes can be swapped out right?
Last had a bike fit 3 yrs ago in London near a big park! Currently looking to get a bike fit again with the prerequisite that they also have to be a or have been a physio. Their knowledge of biomechanics and how physical limitations affect a fixed position and flexibility is a massive help in my opinion. Great video lads 🙌🏻
great video! i had a bike fit recently because despite having been fitted many times in the past something wasn't right. the results were really counter-intuitive to me because I ended up with a longer stem but it made sense because of my physiology and has made a massive difference. Dan seems cool and so does Jack! Also, its nice to know that not all bike-fitters have anger issues and aren't all arrogant narcissists. 😉
I’m unclear from the links in description whether Dan and Jack do bike fitting – assuming so. Where are they located? I’m really needing to get my bike fit reassessed – at least 5-6 years since last done – when I spec’s my bike and had it built up, but I’m 5-6 years older and less flexible than then, and not getting any younger! (55). Especially interested as right at the start of the video there was mention about long days rides and multi day rides.
Morning Chris, great video. It shows the importance of a good, competent bike fitter.
Cyclist first and foremost, then bike.
Great insight from Dan, and not preachy 👍
Any chance of the link to the website for the stem adjustment calculator?
Great video. I've done that with my stem.👍🇮🇪
Can relate to this so much when I had my fit, very similar problems saddle to low because of tight hips and hamstrings etc etc. Be interesting to see a follow up to this if and when Jack has time to put some miles in.
