  1. Hey Mark. If you've done a video on this before, sorry – but can you give some tips on how to get around a course that isn’t…the nicest? My typical track has a lot of bare spots you'll land in that are just off the fairway/green side rough or even on it, really hard sand bunkers (this is the biggest problem for me personally, the club basically cannot go into the sand), uneven tee boxes, etc. It's the closest course to me, and it's where I play a weekly men's league. Would love to know if there are any hacks you can recommend. Thanks!

  2. What seemed a basic video was extremely interesting an informative
    Great work like always Mark

  3. Way too complex for a simple physics rule. The club moving through space naturally droops lower because of shaft flex. More flex engenders more droop. SO the Set up MUST have the toe up. Also, most people swing dynamically with their hands higher at impact to create room for your hips to rotate. SO even more droop. Bottom line: You need to test your lie hitting off a lie board OR a reliable launch monitor to calculate your proper dynamic level impact position of the club head.

  4. What a great way to reaffirm grip. As a tall player, I tend to get wear my glove out on the heel pad of my hand (opposite side of my thumb), down by my wrist.

  5. I’d call it a refresher lesson Mark how many golfers learn new things in golf and forget the basics. Great blogs bud 👍

  6. Mark , absolutetly perfect description ,and a massive help to me !! I play off 1.6 , a 60 year old self taught one a week golfer , so rellevant that i drawing the tits off my irons and its killing me !!! A massive thankyou ❤❤❤

  7. Great lessons Mark. We always need reminders to stop us falling in to bad habits and spoiling the game.

  8. What if someone has a 29" inseam? Would junior clubs be better?

  9. I’ve forgotten this really helpful information, thanks Mark. It totally explains why I’ve been overdrawing my irons I’ve got lazy on posture and I’ve been setting my hand too low (more comfortable) I’m going to work on returning to neutral and working on getting my fade back on the course. 😊

  10. What an eye opening video. I have recently been struggling to draw the ball but have been working on reducing a fade over the last few months. This video does bring the question to me, am I too upright, do I need to made sure the irons I’ve used for years actually suit me. How can I book an inspirational lesson with you mark?

  11. I subscribe to a few online golf instructors. Your dairy lessons are the easiest to absorb. To put it simply Mr Crossman; you're the best! This simple basic lesson put my hands in the correct position! THANK YOU!

  12. Could you also talk a bit about how the club face should sit at address? I heard with a neutral grip, if you have a little forward press, the club will sit couple degree open. Is this correct or should the edge be square / perpendicular even with slight forward hands? Thanks Mark
