  1. I love Bak. But he is a Packers hall of fame. Due to injuries, I don't think he is a hall of famer yet.

  2. Very good player. Packer HOF. Yes. Canton? I don’t think so. Not currently a top ten tackle. The knee injury and his prolonged recovery has not been complimentary to him.

  3. David is a great player playing a very tough position. He’s fourth round draft pick that has played 10 years and exceeded all expectations. It’s good enough for me and just about every team in the league.

  4. #69 will always be in my HOF. My favorite packer of all time. Yes, even above (slightly) #15 because I could personally relate to David slightly more than Bart.

  5. Many years he's been considered arguably the best tackle in football. Idk how he wouldnt even be considered.

  6. Aaron throwing David a DOGGISH pass that got picked on the goal line, and his own knee mostly of course, may have snubbed his HoF trajectory. At least we can find some solace in the fact hes a LOCK for the Packers HoF. I still say there needs to be a ‘Hall of Phenomenal Talents’ or “Hall of Greats” for all the men who simply didnt accumulate the same amount of personal accolades as their equally talented peers.

And the fact that Pro Bowls, at least ESPECIALLY these days with the state of it, makes a difference in HoF voting is honestly a bit of a mockery to very talented players, who are just simply less popular in the eyes of the voters.

  7. These days you never really know who will make the Hall of Fame I feel like. A dude like LeRoy Butler who had 4 first team All-Pros had to wait 21 years to get in, when a guy like Bryant Young with 1 First Team All Pro only had to wait 15

  8. Yes, he has been the best pass blocker in the league for years, during the era that has become known as the most pass-oriented ever.

  9. If Tony Boselli is Hall-of-Famer then so is Sterling Sharpe. Sterling Sharpe surpassed all the other GOAT recievers as the best one on the field during his short time. His accomplishments during 7 years as a reciever exceed any evidence available to argue Boselli's worth as a tackle.

The league recognized Sterling surpassed Jerry Rice and Michael Irvin as the clear lead dog, once he broke the league's season record for receptions a 2nd year in a row. NFL needs to go back and fix that one to reflect the excellence of Sterling Sharpe as something unprecedented at the time, that he should somehow adjust to every ball he's thrown. He is an all-time receiver.
