  1. Just a reminder the Saudi govt. chopped up a reporters body in one of their embassies and got away with it. So it's great hearing "reporters" talk about the positives. Really great for the collective moral compass guys. Really.

  2. Team golf is garbage apart from the Ryder cup, how about the odd scramble, skins game, match play

  3. Elevated events will kill the regular events. Make them all the same and elevate the majors and maybe 4 others. Players, memorial, genesis, and toc

  4. Jay betrayed the players. Incredibly bad look for him. He must have gotten paid a boat load, under the table, by PIF.

  5. Why should the players who made a business decision to stay with the PGA be compensated? The LIV players took all the risk and were compensated for that risk. The players that stayed with the PGA didn't have any risk.

  6. Lol these poor PGA golfers and lost money. They made their choices and those had consequences good or bad.

  7. Rich's disgust toward the Saudi's is justified, just wish there was some of the same towards the NBA-China marriage.

  8. Give me my 2-iron, a large bucket and give “Jay Moneyhand” a shag bag. I’m just kidding large bucket for everybody

  9. I guess Rich is going to return his phone and all his clothes…………or does he not realize where those came from either? OH! its selective moral outrage

    got it, cool

  10. Love ya Rich Eisen … you're truly a purist… but like Alan gently stated: MONEY WINS !! … every time

  11. Just think of all the money that politicians take not to stop the gun violence against school children.! Blood Money !!

  12. I think this is not over. Mcllroy said at the Canadian open it was not a merger of the two tours ( he said it twice) and the PGA players would not allow the LIV players to just come back given the damage they did. Rory said his understanding was that it was a merger between DP World tour, PGA and the Investment fund. Guess we will see.

  13. Alan Shipcuck had somewhat of a decent take until he said "it's not about money". That's ridiculous, This battle was sustainable for the LIV/Saudis, they have unlimited funds, the PIF fund dwarfs the PGA Tour funds to say the least. The PGA Tour was going bankrupt.

  14. The Saudis are trying to reinvest everywhere they can as they may be fearful of the phasing out of fossil fuels in the long term.

  15. History matters, but lets change everthing. Every clown and puppet has flip flopped in their mansplaining of this mess….

  16. Fans get conned with most everything. With golf, it's all about the individual. Try and try, the team deal isn't going to fly. Alan has been embedded in LIV so long he's drank the cool aid.

  17. So basically the PGA has legitimacy but needs $$$ and the LIV Tour has $$$$$$$ but needs legitimacy. That about sums it up.

  18. I’m sure Rory has a very principled stance against the Saudis as he is covered in Nike swooshes

  19. Those guys who turned down the Saudi money because they took the moral high ground & didn't want to take the blood money should retire from the tour or play for free, otherwise they are hyprocites if they end up taking prize money which is funded by the Saudi PIF.

  20. If you bought gas today, you probably did business with the Saudis. I know that's not strictly true, but you get the point. With everything that petroleum is used for, chances are you did business with the Saudis today whether it be buying gas or a drink at the gas station that comes in a plastic bottle.

  21. So with all this $$$, how do we keep the drama in golf competitions? What's at stake anymore? Is their really any pressure making a 10-foot putt if you're a billionaire?

  22. The first order of business, now that they have all this cash at their disposal, is to set aside a million from the pot and divide up among players who miss the cut—who have something called overhead to deal with in good weeks or bad

  23. TRUSTWORTHY —- thats Phil Mickelson —- He was the LONE VOICE IN THE WILDERNESS criticising the PGA GREED from LONG AGO—- PHIL WAS THE PROPHET CALLING OUT JAY MONOHAN being unfair to players——- PHIL should be PGA Commissioner !!
