Its not that you don’t need a good running back but look at breece hall or pacheco. You almost proved the point. Why pay big money when you can pick up a guy in the 4th round every 4 years

Conner disappeared against good defenses, Bell was consistently great even against the top defenses. And Conner fumbled the whole season away repeatedly , but everyone blamed JuJu for his 1 fumble. Bell was elite every game, Conner had maybe 5 good games. The thing that hurt Bell was sitting out for a year, and that garbage Adam Gase offense. But money wise he made more with the Jets. ($33.5mil fully guaranteed vs $17mil fully guaranteed). Steelers offer was realistically a 1 year deal
Giants are a great example for the broader market. Saquon definitely adds a few wins to the Giants. Does Danny Dimes add or subtract wins?
Also, I think you can definitely have a special pay escalator for rookie RBs for number of carries or something.

I think they need to bring qb contracts down put a cap on it and get rbs money up they can’t keep increasing these qbs salaries isn’t fair to other players it takes lots of other players for Qb to be good more then any other position
I agree moats if you're a team like the chiefs bungles charger's bills eagles then yeah HB doesn't have the impact that those QB have but if you're a team like anyone else then the QB position is ? And you can't have both guys in the backfield being mediocre one has to be the guy who is the face of the offence for some reason the best offenses run through the QB or HB or both

Just revising my earlier. Tough conversation regarding Running Backs. I know you all were attempting(used very loosely) to be supportive but calling Running Backs "Janitors" and then saying "we don't pay those" doesn't help. I'm STILL SUPPORTING Y'ALL despite the difference of opinion. ✊🏾🏈

Moats, you sleeping on swift. I’d argue swift is more talented than sanders. If both sanders and swift stay healthy all season, swift will outperform miles imo.
