Keep The Arms In Sync



One of the biggest differences between the recreational golfer and the professional is how well they control their trail arm in the backswing! 🏌️‍♂️💪🏼 Too much retraction of the trail arm as a result of not rotating the upper body sufficiently enough in the first stage of the backswing is one of the main causes for an overall poor sequenced motion.
