Shaft droop is happening because you’re raising the handle. The more you raise the handle into the strike, and the faster you swing, the more the shaft will droop. My suggestion is to play with flatter lies (way below the modern “standard”) and learn to deliver the club on the same plane as it is at address, or if you really want to be an elite ball striker, even lower the plane into the strike like Hogan did.
