Process driven with intention with Charles Warren and Richmond Weaver

Charles Warren has understood the meaning of process driven playing eight years on the PGA Tour after winning the 1997 NCAA Individual Championship at Clemson University but through sports, he’s also been able to rely on the foundation of being intentional and being aware which he still uses today in all aspects of his life outside of golf.

You’ll also learn how even though Charles won a high school state championship and the South Carolina Amateur he wasn’t a highly recruited golf player but once he received an offer from the Clemson Golf program and Larry Penley he immediately knew where he would be playing college golf.

Winning the NCAA Individual Championship in 1997 was the defining moment in his career that would help him win 3 times on the Web.com Tour (now called the Korn Ferry Tour) and play 8 years on the PGA Tour. From seeing first hand the ‘Tiger Effect’ on tour to understanding how life on tour is like running your own business, Charles knew it was time to step away from the game that he loved when he wasn’t enjoying the process anymore.
