  1. I know Trottie would never dare deviate from TaylorMade but man it'd be great a fitter of his calibre trying and testing all brands…alas…

  2. The stealth 2 fairway is by far my favorite fairway wood. Traded in my rogue st max for one and the results have been spectacular. The stock shafts aren’t bad either

  3. every week i go back and forth between the idea of a 7/9w or hybrid… trying to minimize a similar variance i’m getting from the current driving iron.

  4. I’ve been trying out taylormade balls, love the TP5 series. Was playing with the black number for the last few months, and decided to grab a sleeve of the reds for a round the other day. I really love the feel of them, but the spin is definitely lower(which is awesome that the balls do have truly different performances for different players).

Would love a TP5XS that combines a firmer feel with higher spin, similar to how callaway has their chrome soft X LS for a tp5x type ball.

  5. “Probably the Best WITB in the World” …. other beers and WITB’s are obviously available 😉

  6. I still use the rbz stage 2, 3 wood. I absolutely love the thing it hits so pure every time

  7. Great advice with using the rocketballz as the “north star.” I do this with my 3 wood, 7 wood and 54 degree. They are the 3 clubs I’ve perfected for myself and anything in the future needs to be same swing weight and look. Cheers!

  8. I went away from the $ taper 120 to try an old trust x100 and just don’t love the weight and feel anymore after having played the moneys for a few years. Perhaps it’s time to go back 💪🏼

  9. Weird that you said you wanted it quite spinny, so you tip trimmed it 1 3/4" Tipping will lower spin. Explain?

  10. Trottie, you’re so dang lucky to be at TaylorMade! That would be crazy, all the clubs you’re able to decide from and figure out EXACTLY what works for you! Eventually I’ll be trying out some new TaylorMade wedges, I use the old TaylorMade RAC TP wedges. Love em but couldn’t imagine the spin on the new ones!
PS- not saying you’re lucky as in you don’t deserve it because you’ve been putting in your hours for years and deserve that job! You’re perfect at it

  11. Hi Trottie!! I have a question. When you go longer on the driver in length, it becomes more upright or flatter?

  12. Trottie, for your Arccos data are you using the sensors on your clubs but just unscrewed them for the video?

  13. QUESTION… you mentioned you hot melt weight in the driver into the toe for the slight fade. Why not just move the sliding weight to the toe? It seems it has that feature on that driver?

  14. Hey Trottie – really interested in your putter and how you have significantly different weights in the heel and toe. Does that change the position of the sweet spot with the change in the centre of gravity/Moment of intertia?

  15. Trottie any chance of a driver video showing how you generate so much speed with your driver im a hair shorter than you and cant for the life of me get above 94 clubhead speed 😢

  16. What a video! One of the most informative WITBs I've ever seen…gonna have to rewatch a couple of times. so many good nuggets in here

  17. I have a chance to play the Accra TZ6 85 for 5 wood. I've only played TourAD-Di 7X in my 3 wood and never had a chance to try this shaft. Would the 85 TZ6 in the 5 wood blend in nicely? I also play Ventus TR 6X in my driver.

  18. I know swing weights are more personal but what would you say is a good swing weight. I play D5 right now and I feel like it might be a little too heavy because it feels like I'm not getting it fully set in my backswing.

  19. Hi thanks for the video always interesting. If you dont have access to hotmelt will the olf lead tape on the toe do the same?

  20. Hi trottie , great rbz info . I still use a m1 17hl and cannot change it out to anything available now. The slide under the weight snapped and i couldnt get a replacement and i thought the club had had it. But being a toolmaker i made one to keep the club going 😂.'
