  1. Phil Mickelson tried to tell them, but most of the leftover PGAT players didn't want to listen…..the smart ones who did listen already moved over to LIV last year

  2. Monahan is long gone, or at best, a dead man walking.
At this point, there probably isn't a single PGA player who ever wants to see his face again in any capacity.
But until the Senate completes its anti-trust investigation, don't expect any progress on this proposed "merger" deal.

  3. Yet these PGA tour guys are obviously listen to and believe the lies the corrupt golf media, who are more dishonest than Jay Monahan. At what point is it on the golfers to not fall for the same hypocrisy and lies the media presents? Sorry you fell for it for the 54th time, Xander, keep listening to golf channel and no laying up!

  4. Things certainly could be handled better but faced with the prospect of being whittled down to a minor league by endless litigation and the steady erosion of talent lured by outrageous sums of money supplied by an entity with a 750 billion dollar war chest and a demonstrated willingness to forego a return on investment, I have a hard time faulting the PGA Tour for reaching out while they're still in position of strength. I can't imagine that professional golf would be better off with LIV as the dominant league, especially headed by Greg Norman.

  5. If they can't see he was snake by now, they never will. Which for some of these guys who are not the sharpest tools in the shed still think he's got their back.

  6. Kudos to Xander for having the intestinal fortitude and showing his integrity as a person. His father should be VERY proud of this young man! It's no wonder Stephenson resigned. He too has class and wouldn't sell his soul to the devil.

  7. The players need to hire their own financial pros to provide them an analysis of what is going on. I don't think they should just take what Tour management is saying on face value and there are issues that require some specialized expertise.

  8. The PGAT board, CEO and Golf channel have done nothing but lie to the members who own the tour….The members should take back their tour….zero transparency is NOT acceptable

  9. I don't know how any tour member could trust Jay or the PGAT board in any way….they tell the members NOTHING….So why is that? What are they hiding….start with getting full disclosure on how much Jay has been paid the last 3 years….and get a full audit of where the monies go…
