Yes, most full time workers spend more time with their co-workers or at work than with their families. HORRENDOUS way by an NBA team, once again, to move their human assets around but dang, out of respect for your employees (players), let the man play the game and have the trade go effective at 11:59p local time. Maybe under the CBA by the NBAPA's request, that's not allowed. What a way to make an employee and an entire team, organization, fans (who actually pay the bills) feel betrayed and not valued. Good leadership doesn't do such things. Remember that if fans don't go to games, buy merch, etc, the front office will be unemployed also.
