Well now they have both Domi and Bertuzi.
All the players that left are replaceable ,change was needed to go forward. Look at the money they got it's simply stupid

Now that Toronto has Domi and Reaves the rest of the players will have more confidence in playing there game and Toronto have Bertuzzi to so if your going to go after a player on Toronto there's going to be a big push back from because they won't be afraid

I think the sens need to move Debrincat before the season starts… dont need that distraction of trade rumors all season long… and then they either have to trade him at the deadline while pushing for the playoffs which isnt ideal, or they lose him for nothing next year which is even less ideal
Reaves was brought in to make opposing players think twice about taking liberties with Mitch,Mathews and Tavares.
When Pettersson had a down year I think he hit about the same number of Iron

Domi, Bertuzzi, Reaves and McCab will drop the gloves, better than what Leafs had.
The league needs to get rid of the no trade clause then if a player wants to play in the us so be it.

Don't play him on the power play. You've got great players who are committed to the team and they come first. DeBrincat can go f himself. I wouldn't qualify him and just let him walk away for nothing and use that money to improve the team.

Ray's advice could turn out to be very bad for Debrincat. Bad things could happen during this season. He could have the worst scoring year of his life. He could get an injury limiting him to playing only half a year. Who knows? If he signs a contract with a new team this summer, it could turn out to be the best decision of his life. Nobody knows what happens during the next year. Advising someone to not sign anything now and to "wait 1 year and it will be better next year I promise" is unsafe advice to be handing out.
