Aaron Rodgers seems so hard to be around. There are reports of him being sensitive and egotistical and during pats interviews you can see it immediately. He is awesome to watch play tho
I honestly think it's partially saturation of him in the media, but it also probably has allot to do with his Vax stuff. That was a big and high profile deal that people still remember and a large segment of the public who wasn't for the vaccine and anti-lockdowns etc. looked at him as a heroic figure for taking a stand against it. Also the guys here are right the media DOES send allot of negative commentary about him based on that, but it's the new media age so like…I don't have to go by what Max Kellerman or Shannon Sharpe says about what Rodgers said. I can watch the interview myself and form my own opinion and when you do that you see the blatant spin those media personalities put on content Rodgers put out to fit their pushed narratives, either personal or network sponsored. Which also makes people like him more, pushing back against those practices and not just letting it slide.
Only these media members don't like him. We realize they never gave him an elite defense, or a first round pass catcher. Coach didn't even give him 4 downs vs Brady.
Aaron doesn't care if you like or hate him, he just wants your attention and knows how to get it…

I’m a huge rodgers fan and as of late I’ve been seeing more and more people like him because of his honesty with football. He’s human and people like that we don’t always want cookie cutter people. Media just likes to hate on him

The NFL is more popular of a sport but the high profile athletes in NBA are more famous outside of sports. Steph and Lebron are def more known than Aaron Rodgers.
Because the media hates him and Americans know that the easiest way to be correct on just about everything is to disagree with the media. The narratives on ESPN about Rodgers during COVID were just disgraceful. Always partial facts and heavy opinion. And I dont have specific examples but Id be willing to bet all 3 of these guys were right on top of that pile with everyone else

I was born in Wisconsin. Grew up with pro football. Aaron Rodgers is MY favorite player, he is intelligent, classy, and an awesome leader and very cool. The Green Bay Packers have been MY team, always without question. Love Matt Lafleur..
BUT, if I have to make a choice, Arod is the BEST and now without question, I now will be a Jet fan.
