  1. I heard a crack in my knee, still hurts after 2 weeks, is nothing serious, but I'm all eyes and ears sensei.

  2. Whats the best way to get around a labrum tear I really want to build my chest but my shoulder is typically the thing holding me back

  3. "I'm here to tell you that setting world records in power lifting and taking steroids is actually very dangerous." Coach Greg.

    What??? No way!!!

  4. I just got back into training. I train alone in my flat. I can see a video from Athleanx in the listing over on the left and it's all about pec tears and bench press. Gonna watch that next. Jeff (who has never faked a lift on his channel by the way) is telling us how to avoid a pec tear.

  5. Well, he should be thankful really. If he does not have enogh brain to not abuse PD's at his age, nature did that for him. Pec tear is not lethal, drugs he would take to achieve his goal could very well be.

  6. Coach so as naturals if we always reach our max weight for 4+RM incrementally with low steps we can avoid all kind of injuries especially tears?

  7. huge and has a weird accent he should really focus on his acting career

  8. Thank you Greg for sharing sound wisdom & common sense, you don't have to prove how strong you are, the body isn't designed to burden such extreme pressures.. only in a life saving situation & roids only harm, keep natural 💯💪

  9. This is why, in my 40s, I train about as hard as last time, more or less, unless I'm coming back from injury in which case I gradually build back up.

There is something to be said for not going to the limits of your tendons and joints.

  10. well.. you werent really right thinking he would get hurt otherwise you would have used the clip of you saying that from before… obviously he doesnt need to prove anything but im surprised his frame and existing tendons and fibers couldnt handle that weight

  11. I love how you brag about benching as much as thor haha. Pretty impressive ngl

  12. I wish he would have stayed downsized. I'd like to see eddie hall, Brian Shaw, and Thor do a weight loss and aesthetics challenge.

  13. I try to only increase my lifts by 10lb per month or every few months. I used to be “omg I’m gonna out on ten lbs every two weeks I’m gonna be strong in no time” little did I know I was wrong. Patience paid off as I was able to hit my my goal for bench press before my set date. 8 and a half months time to increase my benchpress by 70lbs. It was supposed to be 10 to 11 months

  14. At first i thought this guy was like that gringy dude telling me i can eat donuts, float in a pool and watch my beer gut transmogrify into washboard abs just by eating pizza

Now i know hes just that cringy guy who keeps telling me i need to get off my ass and do something if i want to see results. He even tells me not to do drugs, eat right and lift correctly. Who does this guy think he is?

Im starting to see results damnit.

  15. Coach, you are one of my biggest inspirations. I absolutely love your content and your wise advice. You have shown me how to lift safely and properly. I appreciate all your videos. Much love.

  16. There's a lot more to consider here.
Firstly, Hafthor Bjornsson had already accomplished increadible strength feats. Due to the fact Hafthor had already accomplished an easy 551pound bench, 970 pound squat (he did achieve a 1014 pound squat), and a 904 deadlift, all in the same powerlifting meet in December of 2018, which was done within a couple months of the wsm competition. A person like Hafthor DOES NOT need to take Performance Enhancing Drugs like everyone else. A man like that can take "A LITTLE" and it have a huge effect. My chiropractor stated to me that flat bench pressing at maximal effort is not a true testiment of strength, and I would, after seeing his injury, viewing his "limited" maximum bench press weight compared to world class powerlifters, that my chiro is correct. Hafthor is like Mark Henry, a monster.

  17. I recently pulled a hamstring in a squat attempt and had a similar reaction to Thor. Felt the pop on the way down and had to fling the bar off my back. Not a fun injury

  18. i'm natural and my muscles out pace my tendons too much. i don't wan't to make that worse with peds
