Do you think it's okay for a 5km road race? I have road race carbon shoes for longer distance…but, really want a lightweight, minimal fast shoe for middle distance road races..
I hope you are someone who responds to comments because i ordered these shoes from nike and I already talked to nike and they said i should be ok. But i lost a 200m becuz i couldnt grip the track so ordered these I run the 200m 400m 4×400 and 4×100 we run on artificial tracks and concrete which is why i picked these up. i want to ask you because you actually have them and i assume yu have ran in them do you think i can run in this things? the shoe i ordered is (Nike Zoom Rival waffle 5 ) in the green
What would be the best shoe without spikes for a 100m?
Can these be used for the 800m
I'm going to buy the Rival Waffle, plan is to use it to race 10K on the road. I have fairly conditioned legs and I think I can handle minimal shoes like these. I just hope I get the right size. Nikes are too narrow for me and I usually buy a whole size up.
Can they work as a gym shoe???
