Justin Shire has the sort of arm development I like to see on a physique competitor; round full biceps and thick full-length triceps. The very opposite of what Hadi Choopan brings to the table with his "short" biceps and his unfortunate short as well as "high" triceps. Hadi's arms look dreadful next to a Justin or a Krizo. I think it's a tragedy for bodybuilding when conditioning wins out over every other criteria, especially lines, symmetry, and actual shapely muscle! It's gotten to the point where the competition comes down to who has the guts to take the most, the highest doses of the dangerous conditioning drugs. That little midget, Shaun Clarida, is gonna blow himself up soon by the look of his recent photos. He's a lot closer to death than anyone realises.

How can Hadi look conditioned from the back if he has got synthol all over there!! In my opinion he should be out of top 10 for how much of that stuff he put in his muscles!! This is not the bodybuilding we need and admire

Love him or hate him Nick Walker is a top tier Bodybuilder. I like the fact he speaks his mind, & I honestly think it's great for the sport .
I grew up in a time with no internet when all the bodybuilding magazines we're right there at every check out at a Walmart, or a grocery store . Yes I'm old, lmao, but we used to thumb through a magazine , & have to wait a month to see what's happening with whoever the editor gave us access to.
Now days if the algorithm isn't just right you may not see anything if you don't follow BB closely. Any time someone like Nick says some bold sh*t it gets likes, it gets views… It gets the sport noticed!!
