Competition and rivalry always puts a halt on friendship, i mean just look at this season, Hamilton and Max laughing together, would you really expect that from 2021 rivals, on equal points at the last race mind you?. No you wouldn’t, same goes for max and Danny, they have an amazing friendship, the only thing that caused Danny to leave red bull was the rivalry, outside of that, they were almost like they were married.
I’m glad to see them back in their friendly state, joking off of each other.
Im also glad to see Max and Hamilton get along and laugh with each other.
Off topic but even as a Max fan i can agree Hamilton deserved to win that race, however Max deserved the championship.
I can also fully agree Hamilton is a goat, to be able to equal Schumacher on title wins and be put on the same pedestal as Schumacher and Senna, yeah Hamilton deserves that.
(Again as a Max fan), Max hasn’t earned his spot in the goat league yet, he’s good, incredibly good, he’s amazing but…. He isn’t at that goat status yet, he has a contract to 2028, who knows if he will reach goat status by then, i’m not sure and yet i am sure he will break record after record, just like he did in his early days.
I’m not saying he’s the best driver, that’d probably be Schumacher or Senna even now Fangio could be up for contention or even Lauda, who knows who the best driver is, different years, different rules, different cars, we will never know until we see them in the same car.
In my opinion, Senna was the greatest, you could have your own opinion about that and I wouldn’t judge you. Maybe its Schumacher for you, maybe its Fangio, maybe you agree with me that its Senna, or maybe you even thought of somebody else, like Prost, Raikonnen, Vettel whatever, we all have our own opinions, they were all incredibly drivers
Wether there is a best driver? We will never know, it’s all just an opinion.
In stats we do know, however in driver capability, would we really know? Do we really know? No, its an opinion, if we dont base it off of stats, is there truly a greatest driver in general?
And again i know many comments are gonna say different answers and that is exactly what i mean, we are not able to come to a; agreement on who was the absolute best.
And there is your answer, nobody was the best, since so many drivers equal each other on the pedestal of being the best, now i’ll give you a moment to think about that and genuinely think., there is no best if multiple are considered the best.
