For this smoker modification episode I’m going to show you a no-weld ball valve installation onto a Yoder Loaded Wichita offset smoker. This retrofit will turn your cooker into a water smoker. Any wood burning offset smoker can benefit from this smoker mod such as Oklahoma Joe, Pecos, pellet smoker, Brinkmann, and Masterbuilt. Might not work on a UDS or vertical smoker. Take your Char Griller to the next level! Not sure if it will work on a vertical smoker. I’m telling you, this is one of the best smoker mods I’ve done ever! With just some time and a small investment (this may not be a cheap smoker mod) you can have a high-end feature on your BBQ smoker. Links for the parts are below.
