I love in the area I live across the bridge from Portland in Vancouver WA on outskirts of Vancouver city limits like 20 miles lol I live on the normal side of the bridge but Portland is nothing but a homeless shit hole now lol and it has surprisingly gotten a little bit better but not by much.
Idk about Eugene but I have heard Eugene is getting it's fair share of homeless camps now as well.
Other than that the country parts of Oregon and the small towns outside of Portland Oregon are nice AF and are always nice and quiet with good ppl.
