  1. There are players that can cause Novak problems on grass . But do these players actually believe they can take him out on grass in a best of five on grass if he’s fit and playing well ?

  2. Nice video. But also we all know Djokovic is winning Wimbledon so these hypotheticals are just that. Hypotheticals.

  3. I think Alcaraz is definitely a contender, probably even number two in my power ranking. But Novak is on a whole different atmosphere. And yeah the Novak fanboys are unbearable at times

  4. Can Alcaraz win Wimbledon? Yes, absolutely. As can Medvedev. But Novak is the obvious favorite. Winning Queens has historically meant little within the context of winning Wimbledon. Alcaraz did not face a single player with grass court credentials on his title run. Well, Dimitrov once reached the Semi Final like 9 years ago, but he has not been a factor at Wimbledon since then and he is not in form at the moment. None of the other players has ever performed well on grass. Let us see how Carlos performs in a best of 5 on grass.

  5. Alcaraz hype is really overrated. They just looking for somebody to be psyched about after Djokovic retires and the Big Three go down in history where they belong.Kid is alright but still have lots to prove and his far from those guys in their prime. The truth is that these new players just dont have it and we probably never again witness era like these.Tenis will forever be overshadowed by these three giants of the sport!!!

  6. The only guy who can come close to djokovic is alcaraz in any slam. He may not win this year but he can definitely be a title contender next year if he manages to go deep this year. The situation of tennis has always been there are very few tier 1 (Maximum of 3) players who wins majority of the slams, so he can start raking up at least 2 slams a year starting next year if he stays healthy. His body and mind are getting used to many things and the Roland Garros result may be a blessing in disguise. Whether he will be an all time great, only time will tell. For now that title goes to Djokovic

  7. Alcaraz showed me that he is good on grass, better than I expected off him. But he still wasn't great in few matches he wasn't controlling them. especially against Korda, Korda looked scared at times from Alcaraz if he wasn't making as much mistakes ass he did it would be a lot different

  8. The cramping was due to the spike protein, we know it pushes cortisol levels up (=stress), which depletes magnesium. Sport as a whole has never seen as much cramping as in 2023. Every commentator in cycling is scratching their head, and in tennis we have had many top 10 (Sinner, Runne, Fritz, Carlos, …) with the same issues of early cramping. Sinner himself has struggled with muscular problems and early cramping. He mentioned his and his team are puzzled by those symtoms and they haven't been able to fingure it out. This is not normal. As you said Carlos has been nervous before, he won the US open by playing only 5 set matches in the second week. With only 10 hours spent on court before the semi final at Roland Garros and 2 days rest, it makes no sense that he would cramp.

  9. de Minaur rarely gives long balls to put Alcaraz in difficulty. To win, he must play his best match. I don't think he is mentally prepared to win at the moment.

  10. People didn't like Djokovic earlier because he became hot shot later compared to Federer and Nadal. By that time, most of the fans were divided between those two. Now that Federer has retired and Nadal is going for retirement and is not playing right now, those who supported Federer and Nadal are looking for someone new to support against Djokovic and with Alcaraz, they have found their legacy. All the Federer and Nadal fans are now Alcaraz fans. The kid is playing very well. If he doesn't face contenders like the Big 3 who have faced each other in their peak years, he can easily surpass all record without any injury. Good luck for him.

  11. A couple of things- The highest seed that Carlos played at Queens was # 18 ( now # 13).DeMinaur. Also, Carlos has a hamstring issue, and had to take a MTO after the first set. I think the hamstring issue goes back to the match Carlos played against Norrie ( and lost) in South America earlier in the year. That necessitated his dropping out of Alcapulco, which DeMinaur eventually won. Carlos also had to withdraw from the Australian Open due to a hamstring injury. Will that be an issue here, at Wimbledon? one hopes not.

  12. Stephen again you ignoring Daniel Medvedev Stefano Zvrev and King of novak Djokovic 😂😂😂

  13. Carlos Alcaraz, and any other player for that matter, will have to take it a game at a time at Wimbledon. Alcaraz has the advantage of learning very quickly, plus he can do almost anything thanks to his great imagination and technical skills. Who knows, maybe a title at Wimbledon will come sooner than expected.
I'd love to be able to speak to his coach, Juan Carlos Ferrero, and propose a challenge that I think would be attainable for Carlitos: collecting all the ATP 500 titles over his career. He's already got Rio, Barcelona (twice) and Queen's-London. It would just be a matter of deviating from his regular schedule a couple of tournaments each year. Entering an event does not guarantee you anything, but his chances are better than those of most players on the tour.

  14. Djoko will delete Alcaraz at Wimbledon:) Look what happened at Roland Garros and that was on clay, Noles worst surface and Alcaraz' best. 🙂 A healthy Novak in 5 sets on grass is near impossible challenge

  15. As a Nole fan, I actually prefer that Carlos is the majority’s fav to win Wimbledon & Nole to be deemed the underdog. That will motivate Nole to step up and not to underestimate his opponents, exactly like what happened at RG.
(Deep down I don’t understand how many people underestimate Nole’s mental fortitude, which is the biggest driving factor in his wins, no matter whether he’s not at 100% or even when he’s injured)

  16. If Novak succesfully navigates the first week of Wimbledon, then no one can prevent him chewing the grass once again to achieve a record equalling triumph.

  17. I think Carlos uses the cross-court shot too much. You can almost figure out where its going to go…serve, cross-court return, cross-court return, cross court return. He does a great job of mixing it up, but I think he still has room to grown in the strategy department.

  18. Stephen last time you said Carlos have a chance to win FO come on Novak Djokovic is a different beast

  19. Djokovic GS seeds this year:
    Australia 4th >>>won
    France 3rd >>>>won
    Wimbledon 2nd>>>???
    US???
    Some kind of order here…

  20. this guy is djokovic hater, biased & support alcaraz, same as his prediction in last month roland garros, alcaraz breakdown in cramp! that is why his youtube has very little viewership!

  21. Yes Alcaraz can win Wimbledon. Djoker too. It's unbelievable how Djoker gets himself up for these majors. It's like totally within. He has nothing left to prove to the world, and only to himself. Djoker is gladiator of champions. I think he's the hungriest player that ever lived.

  22. I saw the title of the video, I thought what? Djokovic is dead ? 😢

  23. Alcaraz, although a good player and even a better guy, is actually a fake No.1… Forgot the tournament Novak was not allowed to play in the last 12 months [4 ATP1000 plus US Open], but with 2,000 points from Wimbledon, Novak earned but not get, Novak will be more than 1,000 points ahead of Alcaraz as we speak…that's why I said, and stand behind it, Alcaraz is a fake No.1… the real No.1, if we consider the Alcaraz's and Novak's respective results during the last 12 months is actually Novak Djokovic, by more than 1,000points… Period…

  24. Goatovic killed the legend of grass court Federer 3 times at Wimbledon. No need discussing. Nighty night.💯👍😇

  25. Alcaraz cannot win Wimbledon. Or the US Open.
He can win Toronto. And/or Cincinnati though. And likely only if the greatest of all time decides on taking a mini-vacation. It's kind of getting beyond words just what a tennis genius Novak continues to be!
