Solo golf, early in the morning when it's so dark you can barely see where your 1st tee shot landed and there's no one in front of you but the guy putting in the flags, you can't beat that.
Playing by yourself is how you figure out if you love golf…are you having a few drinks while golfing…for me, I am drinking and talking shit to my friends while playing a little golf and would never play by myself…lol
If I’m not playing with my buddies I’ll play by myself. It’s so draining to introduce yourself & feel pressured to hold a convo. I intentionally play slower so I won’t get the dreaded “you can join us”.
