  1. I wish the golf manufacturers would stop making things look so blatantly like senior's clubs and women's clubs. The majority of players would benefit from shorter, lighter shafts with more loft on the clubs but the people who would benefit the most from the Kalea clubs will take one look at them and say, "I'm not going to use those granny clubs."

  2. I went from a heavier S300 to a KBS tour 90 in my irons. What a game changer for me. Not as strong as I used to be and the KBS increased my club speed by a really good amount, and its so effortless to swing. I might have to try something lighter in my driver. I think my driver is pretty light as it is, but you never know.

  3. XXIO driver mp1100 shaft and newest Callaway Big Bertha tungsten irons with RCH 65 A flex. Honestly folks if you cannot score well with that driver and those irons well there is always pickleball. Lol

  4. You should test the golf ball too, Kalea soft response. Curious how they fair.

  5. When I concider I'm 74, shorter than a 60s pop song and about as flexible as a drain pipe why would I not benefit from ladies clubs? Back in the day I had a set of clubs they were a unknown brand, played with them for 3 years, when I traded them in the pro said did I know they were ladies clubs!! No I had no idea.

  6. Hi Andy, I’ve been playing L 45 gram shaft in my 5 & 7 hybrid, 7 wood for this year
I’m 72 and my handicap is 7.4 who cares all that matters is I know how far I hit each club and I have no ego

  7. These are not cheap clubs, in US full set runs around $1,500. Do you know of any senior sets like this; Cobra Air X or Tour Edge Hot Launch?

  8. As I watch all of your videos and see you playing with all different types and brands of clubs and as I just had a full bag fitting from club champion a few months ago (and love the clubs); I find the same conclusion to both: it seems we shoot the same score/outcome no matter what clubs we have in our hands! The clubs may feel better, or go further, or go higher or be easier to hit, but at the end of the round, the score has stayed the same. I don't know if you have come to the same conclusion. I see that conclusion watching you swing. You do well and shoot the same no matter what is in your hand

  9. I have the SIM 7 wood at 21 degrees. Im not very good with a irons. my 5 irons barely gets off the floor ..just wondering if iii have a 7 wood that goes about 145m and my titlist AP1 716 PW 43* goes 110m….how many and which iirons should i keep? i was thinking 6i 8i PW.

  10. Hey And. You swing your regular driver at around 100mph, give or take, yes? with a lighter, more flexible shaft like the Kalea or the XXIO, do you find the requisite slower/smoother tempo results in a slower swing speed too?

  11. Why would you care what the clubs were supposed to be for if you hit them well? I recently played around with testing shafts in my driver. I was hitting 50 gram stiff (actually about 57g), then went to 60 gram stiff at ½" shorter and finally changed to Stiff/Regular 60g shafts. I also play a 60g Regular Kai'li Blue that has been awesome.

I would recommend that people get fit for their shafts. No one is concerned with my shafts, nor am I. All I care about is do I have a club that I can center the strike on the clubface most of the time. The grip is a huge factor as well – if it is the correct size your hands will be more relaxed promoting a more consistent swing

  12. There are two smudges on the left side your camera's lens. They have been there for weeks. BTW I watch you everyday. Great work. Thanks

  13. This is awesome. I can play my daughters set and score the same! I love winning money from the group with her clubs! I’m 5”7 and can game her cobra f7 JUNIOR one length irons. It’s tempo and the swing.

  14. Awesome video, it's not who there marketed towards, but whether or not it helps you to golf better. Come on fellas, it's not macho to continue struggling with manly clubs, when these Kalea clubs can get back some performance that time has robbed from us all.

  15. Cool video, Andy!
My only experience with a lighter driver was with a Titleist Ts1 and it was a complete disaster. Couldn't find my tempo and sprayed it all over. But that was a couple of years ago and I wasn't hitting ANY driver particularly well back then! So it might be worth trying it out again. The light Cobra driver is tempting.

And as far as shafts go, I am a recent convert to going shorter. I was playing irons at +.05" and recently went back to standard, and I'm definitely striking the ball better. Overall distance is the same, or even up a tick, because the ball goes farther when you hit it in the middle!

I've always liked lighter reg steel shafts. My go-to is the Nippon 850GH. That and the KBS Tour Lite.

  16. My favorite club in the world that will never leave my bag is a ladies Cobra hybrid. When the swing goes to shit that thing always saves the day.

  17. I love the color pattern of the ladies Steath clubs, I think its way better than the men's. I tried to get a driver, but my store wouldn't let me, they said they just couldn't do it.🤔

  18. no embarrassment to me ….got a couple of ladies clubs in my bag and recently put a couple of ladies 45gm shafts in woods…for me if it works that will do …

  19. Play a g425 senior shaft irons/ hybrids all senior shafts . Still looking out for grahite senior shaft wedges. I'm 69 playing of 16
