  1. Hypocrisy at its finest. Monahan is just another liberal doing what all liberals do. He is an NPC and completely full of shit.

  2. Perfectly acceptable you fill your car up with Saudi gas. I could go on and on.
Business is business boys. Grow up or get shafted like naïve idiots like Rory did.

  3. Will these PGA Tour virtue signaling players boycott and not play?????? Will all the players quit because it's dirty money??? I bet they won't. Their so called loyalty is a joke. These primadonna's have yet to figure out that the PGA Tour is a business. It's also a business they don't control. They have nowhere else to go. The PGA Tour is bleeding money and losing sponsors. These guys have no loyalty. They hire and fire caddies they have known and used for years. They are only mad because they turned down the LIV money and that has now backfired big time. They were lead by Rory and Tiger. Two business dummies. They can play golf but business wise they are a joke and it shows. No businessman turns down that kind of money. Both Rory and Tiger are in bed with NIKE. Nike is all made in sweatshop China. They both fly in jets that are filled with Saudi oil. Nothing these guys use in made in America other than their Scotty Cameron putters. These two can spare me the loyalty routine. If little Rory doesn't like it he can go back to Ireland.

  4. So sick of the media crying about the players who turned down the money. WHO CARES

  5. It was never a blood money & it wasn’t about Saudi Arabia. It was competition & freedom of movement for players. PGAT called the players Independent Contractors, in name only.
The players better demand a power to collective bargain.

  6. Pretty sure this "deal" isn't going to be allowed as is by the US Congress.
There are potentially serious anti-trust issues here.
Expect to see more lawsuits filed than anyone will be able to keep track of.

  7. Nobody merges with the Saudis. Jay works for them. & maybe, just maybe Rory, Jay & El Tigre got a fantastic deal behind the scenes. 😂

  8. Look at the current roster of sponsors. Aramco is the Saudi Oil Company, DP World is short for Dubai Ports world and American companies to billions worth of business with the gulf states. The money was never that clean in the first place.

  9. The Saudis just purchased golf. They also just raised the price of oil. So every time you fill up. You are paying for the take over. Saudis rule the world. Money talks. They just bought the pga. If the players have morals, need to strike. Until Jay leaves golf for good. Judas.

  10. I’ve been opposed to the PIF infiltration of golf not from a strictly moral sense, but from the perspective of ANY entity, especially a country, wielding such an immense influence simply due to irresistible financial leverage. It’s impossible to counter. I do place blame, in part, with the golfers who went to LIV. They were the pawns that allowed the door to open to what has now transpired. If no influential golfers had moved to LIV, it wouldn’t have been able to create the existential threat that caused the series of events that have led to where we are now. LIV was the engine, but the players provided the fuel. I have always enjoyed golf to ESCAPE the craziness of the world. Now I find the wolves are not only at the door, but in the dining room. I don’t think I’ll ever engage with it in the same way.

  11. Here is an interesting take on it. That huge fund of dirty money that the Saudis have. They got it from us. We gave it to them eagerly to get the oil that they dug out of the sand. Now they are simply giving it back. There is no possible way that they will get the billions of dollars spent on this sport back in return. This is simply the rich supporting the arts. Which in this form, is golf. As a matter of fact, I think we should have free entrance into the tournaments. Let them pay for that also. By the way, that whole nobody is watching, Is BS. I've been watching every tournament. I miss it being on YouTube. That was great you could go and do replays at will. The Saudis don't need all that money from commercials. This deal is already bought and paid for. I love the format it's easy to follow who is actually in the lead. It begins and ends within a regimented time that makes it easy to see the whole tournament.

  12. Any claim that this will benefit golf is pure nonsense. It reminds me of when my bank sent me an elaborate set of marketing materials boasting about all sorts of fantastic new options in their new types of accounts. I looked closely, and there were no actual benefits, only an increase in fees and charges, which, when pressed directly, a bank officer confirmed to me, that the marketing was pure hype, designed to cover up an increase in fees.

Another example of the ultra wealthy controlling the system to make themselves richer. At least we still have anti-monopoly laws in place and hopefully enough government lawyers to bust this monopoly.

  13. Just one very big correction. The PGA Tour is not merging with LIV Golf. The PGA Tour is merging with the PIF. LIV is going away.

  14. I don’t see what the problem is. First of all , the US does not have a very good record on human rights. Vietnam, Iraq, Trump(🤷‍♂️) etc. Anyways, it’s golf folks, just golf.

  15. First, I got to say liv is not merging with the PGA and this was made very clear. You guys are horrible at your job you just recycled all the hot garbage that every other analyst said.

  16. It’s amazing how foreign countries can come in and use the American justice system in their favor. Our justice system should always be on American businesses side unless it’s something despicable against humanity the American company was convicted of.

  17. a class action suit should already be underway against Jay boy and the PGA Tour for dereliction of duty causing great monetary loss

  18. 501 c3 not for profit
You just been bought out . Should have called trump .. oh wait the woke players boycotted him
    Fuck em … good

  19. Dear americans, the saudis are having too much influence in sport and already doing it in the biggest sport in the world, FOOTBALL. Getting players and paying them ridiculous amount!!

  20. The loser always preach about morals and values when they get beating at their own game.
    🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  21. There's a lot of talk about how to welcome back the liv golfers, not enough talk about golf fans/viewers. The PGA has a belief that no matter how bad the optics look, viewers will except whatever product they put on display – tv ratings may suggest something else.

  22. If you were a PGA Tour member and met the requirement to play in 15 PGAT events/yr and kept your card based on earnings, you were a Member in Good Standing. All the people Monahan ejected were MIGS. I believe that what he did constituted an illegal restraint of trade and violated antitrust laws. With the deep pockets of the PIF, Monahan stood a good chance of losing in court and the PGAT's books were going to be fully opened to scrutiny and his Tour members were going to find out how much money was NOT going to them. Look at their higher purses for the reserve tournaments and the special events for the Premium Members and the Exhorbitant Bonus additions for The Impact Players: where do you think these Millions of Dollars came from? And remember all of this happened ONLY after LIV Golf became a threat to them.
Frankly, I truly enjoy LIV Golf for the shotgun starts where you don't have to spend 11 hours at the course to see everyone play. I also enjoy the Team aspect which adds a second means of winning huge purses and keeps all the Team engaged even if they aren't individual front runners. I hope Greg Norman stays on as CEO of LIV and continues to grow this great product. It's entirely possible for the two leagues to work together and have members compete across leagues. Greg could increase the number of teams from 12 to 15 or 16.
I feel bad for the PGAT members who now feel like chumps for trusting Jay, I personally would want him fired. That said, now it's time to figure out how to get your piece of the pie doing what you love to do.
