    All those people who slag off footballers and say "Yeah well they should play every 3 days with the amount they earn", they don't know what they're talking about really.
    They're wrong.
    Because the matches are the easy parts really.
    It's the training sessions every day that is the hard work.
    They don't realise how hard and how high intensity the training is.
    It's so exhausting!
    Not only that but they have to keep themselves SO fit, they have to keep to a strict diet and be VERY careful with what they eat, they have to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and just in general they work very very hard!!!

    I'm not saying they work hard enough to earn £400,000 a week of course not, obviously they don't!
    But they DO work hard and I don't think they really get the credit for that.
    Being a footballer isn't as easy as it sounds, you don't just rock up every Saturday play 90 minutes of football and then go home.
    It's not all fame, money and luxury at all.
    There's A LOT of hard work that they put in behind the scenes as we see here in this video.

    So overall do I think footballers get criticised too much? YES, 100%
    Do I think they get enough credit and praise for what they do? NO, absolutely not
    I believe footballers deserve a lot more respect for what they have to do actually 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
