  1. Would love to see Luke and Tom do well, purely because their hometown is about 30mins away from me and I've seen them in passing. Luke in particular, he's been consistent in the fact that he's made the final and the support he gives Tom is unreal but I'd love to see him climb the ladder a bit. Brian's last WSM will be emotional no doubt so the win, if not a podium would be the perfect way to end his career. I'm old enough to remember Loz and Magnus (and the Scottish ref dude!) compete – honestly thought it was filmed over new year as I always remember the final being on on NYD but thanks to Tom & Luke hitting the local press I now know in my late 30s that its not!🤣

Its going to be a tough field this year for sure so looking forward to your excellent coverage of it again folks.

  2. How is Graham Hicks getting into the USA without getting a shot of science juice?

  3. Even if a few guys may have a physical edge on Brian, he has more experience than I think everyone else there. His first WSM was in 2008, I think?

  4. If not this year, Pavlov will dominate in the future. He is only 25 years old. Apparently, on average, strongmen peak at around 32 years old.

  5. 1:08 is ABOUT TIME!!! Is good that some "familiar faces that haven't competed anywhere for years" AREN'T being handed a spot

  6. I think Dennis Kohlruss should get an invitation. He is doing so much for the Strongman sport in Germany. I know he training hard for Europes strongest man. I hope he will do well and get’s his invitation

  7. It would be remiss to say that I am not hopeful that Brian will achieve the big number 5. However I am a bigger fan of the Stoltman Brothers and it would be fantastic to see Luke win and Tom next to him on the podium.

  8. I’m rooting for Brian to win this, but regardless, if he makes podium that’s just insane but not really to be honest it’s Brian lol

  9. So conflicted every competition.
I want Brian to win his 5th. I love that man.
I want Mateusz to get his first. He's my favorite strongman.
I want both Stoltmans to win. They're fantastically strong.
Novikov is incredible. Tons of heartbreak in the past year, just a complete contradiction in this sport given how small he is. Behind Mateusz I usually root for him.
Who can not want Hooper to win? The guy is incredibly impressive.
Graham Hicks is always great. Would love to see him win.

Pavlov is new–I wouldn't mind him losing. Pretty sure he's gonna win later down the line.

  10. I can not see anyone beating Tom they are all great but Tom is on another level

  11. Mikhail Shivlyakov, Evgeny Markov, Dennis Kohlruss, Kelvin de Ruiter, Matjaz Belsak

  12. I absolutely love Brian, and think he's a monster that deserves all the credit he gets and more, but Mariusz Pudzianowski gets nowhere near the credit he deserves, his legacy is way underappreciated, and so I really don't want him to lose his 'only five time winner ever' accolade.
