Basically Ernest Jones's Swing the clubhead method. This is the best way for amateurs to swing. The big muscle stuff is for pros trying to reign in speed for a little bit more consistency with their yardage etc. The average amateur doesn't need to do that, so I really don't understand why they are being taught that by pros, YouTubers etc 🤷♂️
