I used to go over on my ankle a lot. Years of cricket bowling took their toll. Only cure is rest and really good supportive shoes/boots! Take care Neal.

There have certainly been some darl months of rough weather and bad luck Neal but good to see that you are still positive for the future.

Went through that towards the end of last year twisted my knee a little (so I thought) 2 weeks later just walking and it completely buckled. Long story short didn't twist it. I tore my MCL. Oops hardest part being back is getting fully on to my left side on the down swing. Good to see you back and on the mend Neil
