Adam Fogerty v Tim Morrison ( Tommy Morrison’s Brother ) Boxing 1989

I am informed that Tim Morrison was Tommy Morrison’s brother. I wasn’t aware when uploading but it does make the fight a little more interesting.

Fogerty was a very promising fighter out of the Terry Lawless camp. His pro career began in 1987. In his second pro fight he out pointed Big John Fury on Fury’s pro debut. He would go on to finish with only one points defeat in his 18 pro contests, winning 13 of them by knock-out. He had his last pro fight in 1991. He then went on to become a successful Rugby player with notable spells at Halifax Keighley Warrington and ST Helens. Quite why he chose Rugby over Boxing isn’t clear but he could have certainly made more of a mark in Boxing had he continued in the sport. He would also become a fairly well recognised actor.. Credit to him for chasing his dreams.
