  1. You say those other QBs don’t lose that game, but I promise you they do if Lombardi is calling plays. The reason the other guys don’t is cuz they wouldn’t let joe call those plays.

  2. I am so tired of the "charisma" argument, or as Lindsey put it "vibe off the field," being held against Herbert. I mean she even followed up by saying maybe his teammates see it and we don't, and I'm like "no shit!" Countless times now teammates have been directly or indirectly asked about Herbert's charisma, leadership, whatever you want to call it, and every single time those players confirm that he's as much a leader as anyone else in the league and that he does have some personality to him.

So there's your answer Lindsey. This narrative needs to die. It's only perpetuated by people in the media because Herbert pointedly avoids the media. And it's almost exclusively driven by people who want to knock Herbert down a peg without a good reason because if you were trying to bring him up, you'd say how avoiding the media shows how humble Herbert is. As soon as you bring up "intangibles" that tells me you've got no actual basis and just "feel" a certain way about something while still wanting it to sound like a legitimate point.

  3. I hope he proves me wrong, but I think the chargers will UNDER perform as long as Staley is the head coach. Staley is touted as this defensive genius. Then WHY was the defense ranked like 28th both years with Staley calling the defense? His decision making on 4th down last year was WORSE than the year before. NO excuse for going for it at the end of the Browns game. Even Keenan tweeted wtf are we doing? The ONLY players fooled by staleys defense are the chargers players. They dont know who they are supposed to cover. They are SO bad that I breathe a sigh of relief when they stop a 3rd and 20. Kenneth Murray does NOT belong on an NFL field. He has NO clue what he's doing. Hopefully, Moore can establish the RUN game. I've seen some videos where they broke down the plays. They showed how sometimes he would put in an extra O lineman. Spiller better show SOMETHING this year or he's a BUST. How hard is it to be a running back? 2 or 3 ypc dont cut it. MAYBE use Horvath occasinally on 3rd or 4th and 1 or 2 yards to go. Ekeler frequently gets stuffed in those situations. And, it was STUPID for staley to play his starters in the last game against Denver. Andy Reid would NOT have done that. Also, leaving an injured Herbert in the first Jags game when it was OUT of reach. He made too many STUPID decisions last year.

  4. I want to know what jeffs thinking is go change the whole reciving core & hope Justin can out rush Patrick at passing. If the chiefs are the big ballers Allen & Mike are killers to that team even before Herbert.

  5. After watching the last years devison championchips then the Superbowl the nfl will be lucky to even put together two healthy teams to even play the game.

  6. Um do any of these people play sports doesn't look like it im around these same pathetic people's age & physicaly i could probably run circles around them. It must be nice to sit on your butt making a living while you talk about people that do it standing on their feet.

  7. This show points out why people think people like you suck this is not just your show i guess it is but this one sucked now i want to go bye anything not Chargers great job 😅.

  8. Can we honest with ourselves for a second? What i'm about to say is all true about this team and organization. As a Yankees fan as well it was made abundantly clear since they last won a WS that as long as ticket sales are good their old mantra of "WS or bust" went out the window and they just want to make it to the playoffs and whatever happens happens. Why? Because that ownership still gets a paycheck regardless if they win or lose. Now moving that to this organization that is the same! They can say they did a lot to improve but all this organization has done is post a handful of social media distracting everyone from the fact they have only added E. Kendricks which isn't a end all be all move its just not! Bringing back the same team as last year pretty much after you got spanked does nothing for this organization! Having no depth does nothing for this organization! You were near the bottom of the league in run stopping yet you don't address that! You lose Nas and don't replace him with anyone! You need a TE and don't sign one in FA or draft one in one of the deepest TE classes! You need not only a RB to replace Austin but someone to back him up and again still haven't addressed that! Money has said it best when he mentions how if this team really wants a SB ring they would make the extra move because all teams that want a SB ring do that! Yet here we are in late June stubbornness of this organization to add an impact FA will keep them from a SB ring yet again!

  9. Do you guys think letting Tranquill go to the Chiefs and picking up Kendricks is an upgrade, downgrade or neutral?

  10. Re watched the Vikings-Giants playoff game from last year. Kendricks looked mainly absent from making plays. He shadowed Barkley a lot and was pretty much late to the party, while Barkley had a big game. I still think that linebacker is a negative product on the Chargers. K-9 sures looks like a football player, but when he's always late to the action, running behind the opposing player because he took a bad angle, when he always crashes the wrong gap. I truly believe that he doesn't have good instincts and terrifble vision. The only time he looks good on the field is when the play is over and he's struts his stuff back to the huddle after not doiing anythng. Linebacker is a major concern. It's fine and good to have a high scoring offense, but Staley's defense make the other teams a better high scoring offense. The Chargers will never be relevent until they can sweep the Chiefs.

  11. Couldn't agree more with Jeff. O is gonna be fine with Moore and Herbert. The D just needs to stay healthy and finish on plays. Feel like there are times they don't play to the whistle.

  12. Herbert need a little more dog In him thirt or four and inches qb sneez iff 50 old Tom Brady can do it for every first Herbert can do it too😡😡😡😡😡😡

  13. It's lazy reporting to equate wins to the value of a quarterback. It's done because sports pundits are as lazy as the"news" reporters.

  14. Herbert needs to step up. No question. Ekeler and Allen saying the same exact thing as Lindsey.

Staley’s defense has been unacceptably and historically bad. Historically bad. His side of the ball blows and it’s fireable. Love 4th and Staley though.

We better have 2 playoff wins this year. No reason to keep Staley if the defense doesn’t improve.
