The Tallest Riders In Motocross History

This is a motocross Highlights video on The Tallest Riders In Motocross History. In this video we progress through the riders that are just over 6ft and end with the tallest rider in the sport. In this video watch the best Tall Dudes battle it out with the best riders in the world, even battling each other! This video includes both past and present riders in Pro Motocross, Supercross, and MXGP. As a tall guy myself I’ve always enjoyed the tall riders as they usually have unique styles they have developed from the lack of room on or typical dirtbike. The riders listed in this video are riders who have had success in the sport, not just any privateer or local pro, so I understand there are some good tall riders out there that aren’t included in this video. Who is your favorite tall rider? Comment Below! #motocross #supercross #mxgp

  1. You don't normally see a taller heavy Rider winning multiple championships like Carmichael McGrath and Stewart These guys are tiny light in weight barely breaking 5'8 & 150lbs

  2. Hopefully Windham is in here too 🙏
    Definitely my favorite then Travis.

  3. Pastrana. Because he had the ability (somewhat briefly) to be the fastest racer on earth, AND the best freestyler ever. I belive no one will ever do that again.

  4. Hey back in the McGrath and Stanton era there was a privateer named Gene Numack he would make some main events and was very tall, about Benny Blosses size. Look him up

  5. Travis for two reasons one being the era was the peak of two stroke racing and he had mad skills on two strokes and two those rms were sick 125s and their 250s I don’t think anyone can argue either point too much

  6. Hard for me to consider 6'1 tall but it is in moto. 6'3 or 6'5 on a dirt bike is hard to pull off longevity wise. Careers are usually cut short for taller guys (even 6'1 is tougher). Seems to me they are more prone to crashing due to weight hanging off of the bike.

  7. Chase Sexton 5ft11
    Jeffery Herlings 6ft
    Adam Cianciarulo 6f1
    Aaron Plessinger 6ft2
    Travis Pastrana 6ft3
    Ron Lechien 6ft4
    Dave Thorp 6ft5

  8. Meanwhile, Dani Pedrosa is 5'1", and Gaston Rahier, 3 time Motocross world champion and Paris-Dakar winner was 5'3"

  9. I think having long legs enables you to get more drive to the rear wheel because there is a greater range of motion.
