  1. i will start pissing on my golf ball to get it closer to the hole then…….its water… lol

  2. Nice try no cigar it moved because he addressed the ball with 2 clubs that was what moved the ball without that influence the ball would not have moved. was it a penalty NO the ball didnt move into another position

  3. Typical PGA stupid ass rules. This shouldn’t even be an issue. This is why the interest in professional golf is in decline. I will always support LIV as long as they exist!

  4. Technically the ball moved, and if you zoomed in, it's impossible that it stayed in the exact same position, even if it was only 1mm, it still moved. That's a penalty by definition.

  5. Cheating is a little strong language for this situation . Ball appears to oscillate not change position . How about did Wyndham incur a penalty might be better description .

  6. 100% agree with you on Clark’s rule , Rorys should have been put back towards the tee box in the sand!

  7. Can you images the players that are not on the final groups and how much they cheat? Without cameras on them . Even Thursday/Friday rounds. Just a thought 🤔

  8. I’ve seen two videos like this from you lately. I don’t like content like this. I can’t speak for your other viewers, but this is garbage.

  9. First, a rules infraction is not necessarily "cheating." Cheating is intentional. Secondly, if this came under official review, I think there is not enough evidence to say the ball changed position. I disagree that what happened is from "natural forces" since is seemed to be a result of his club in the grass. It appeared to rock a bit, but a ball rocking or wiggling in place is not an infraction, it has to change position.

  10. Like Seve once said to Paul Azinger during a Ryder Cup match…there is a big difference between cheating and breaking a rule. Breaking a rule isn't cheating unless you knowingly do it on purpose…or if you know you accidentally broke a rule and didn't report it.

  11. Looks like a pressing down on the grass behind the ball which might help with making a cleaner strike with the chosen iron.

  12. "Gravity moved the ball?"
I disagree and find that statement absurd. Gravity has an effect 100% of the time in the ball and was very much stationary until he soled his club, causing it to move.
Did the ball change position, improve the lie or approach to the shot? It does not appear so.
However, by this skewed line of reasoning with enough wind I take an object to channel it's forces and use the wind's directional force to blow my ball closer to the hole or even into the hole?
I didn't move it "natural forces" did, right? 😎

  13. Gravity was potential energy waiting to be released (kinetic energy) by trmiving the inhibiting grass. He was pushing down the grass improving his potential contact. Time to disallow club placement behind the ball eliminating all debate.

  14. You missed the point of the rules completely. Gravity or natural forces has nothing to do with this not being a rule violation. Believe the ruling was that the ball did not move to a new position. He did influence the movement of the ball, but the ball did not move to a new position. Period. it is not a penalty. Also have no idea what you mean by "suspended in mid-air on Bermuda grass". Seems like you don't really understand the rules…fair?

  15. In this situation the ball would move when the stroke was made anyway….(may not be seen ….but would definitely would move just prior to contact)….

  16. Its why sometimes we hate golf. The rules should be changed to, “no penalty if no advantage is gained.” What kind of sport seeks to penalize for this BS. As if Rahm’s ball movement gave him any advantage I could support the penalty. I doubt very much that R & A back in the day thought there would be millions of dollars and cameras on ever shot.

  17. THANK GOD FOR THESE MONDAY MORNING QB'S! SO MUCH BS ON THIS INTERNET. HOW LONG CAN A PERSON TALK SO MUCH AND NOT SAY JACK CRAP? WATCH OUT FOR THE AIR AND THAT HOOVERING BALL. LOTS OF AIR?

  18. It might have been a rules infraction but NOT CHEATING. Cheating is click bate for your your channel……………Did Wyndham Clark have a rules infraction to Win the US Open = less clicks. I watch lots of your vids and they are great but my god are you to accuse every participant of the 2023 US Open of cheating????

  19. As I see it the ball sinks a little bit deeper in the grass as he moves the club backwards so where is the cheating in that?

  20. There’s got to be some common sense used when assessing penalty strokes. This stuff is ridiculous

  21. easy, he didnt improve his lie and the ball is exactly the same place and lie as when he first approached it. How can that be cheating.

  22. Gravity did NOT move the ball. It moved because Clark caused the grass to compress because of the way he was pushing the grass down with his club. It should have been a penalty because the elevation of the ball on the grass changed. He did cheat and it wasn’t grass moving the ball. Geez, this was a forever chatty video that could have been done in 45 seconds.

  23. To go clear Jack N never grounded his club(adressing the ball) , he always howered the club close to the ball in order to avoid a penaly ( this is avoiding to adress the ball). If you ground the club and the ball is moving in to a new position, thats a penalty situation.Even if the ball returns to its orginal position when you remove the clubb.
