Do Not Let the Hands Flip at Impact – Turn with the Core

  1. Definitely can’t be lazy with your swing in golf! Thank you for the visual tips

  2. Honestly, if you want good ball compression this is easily one of the most important things to practice in golf

  3. To understand WHY flipping occurs watch his back foot and hips. When feet are flat on ground hip turn is restricted and club head will accelerated past the hands impact. Slowly raising and turning the trail foot through impact releases the hips and allows the hips/shoulders/ hands to accelerate with the club head. You’ll know when the timing of this cause and effect is ideal when the club force pulls the trail arm straight in the finish instead of it bending at the elbow. 😊
