Moto-doping….Groan. Here we are again. Cannot agree with you guys, however. The only thing that will stop this ridiculousness is a zero tolerance policy. You get caught, you lose your license. Period, end of story. No team will be willing to risk their top riders and the riders won't be too keen to risk expulsion for a first place in the Tour de nowhere or the even the TdF. Draconian?……yes. Will innocent riders be expelled…………maybe but probably not. How many false positives have there been that were not rectified? Actually, how many false positives have there been in the pro peloton? Our sport is a notch above pro body building. Ask the average citizen about pro cycling, he/she will bring up doping. It's time to pull the rug out from under these useless cheaters. We all should be incensed and sick of all this enduring cancer. Wasn't Lance enough???? It all starts with the UCI's complete surrender (their fear of losing viewership) and trickles down to local club riders. It will be THE factor that will keep pro cycle racing in the same category as pro wrestling . Maybe we should award the next TdF winner with a super oversized silver/silver belt that he can hold above his head to the applause of the adoring clueless crowd.
What a great show in front of a live audience and really makes me want to consider making the trip over from Canada to the GCN Festival.
BTW…………..you guys are becoming quite the stars. Next stop, late night TV talk show interview. LOL.

My brother loves you
I've used my track pump to pump up my wife's almost flat car tyre to 36psi. That took 200 strokes of the pump. Based on that, and assuming a medium sized paddling pool pumped up to 36psi, I reckon you are looking at 600 strokes !
Swimming pool hack is amazing. I did that years ago. Either track pump or compressor has saved me hours. Only problem is by the time it’s up the Scottish weather has changed

Yes, definitely Lycra on the road, but a mixture of Lycra & baggy on the mountain bike. I at least try to look like I know what I’m doing in both disciplines 😂

I ride both touring and sport recumbent trikes. I wear lycra 10" walking shorts-no chamois as it causes pressure points on the seat. I also wear moisture wicking jerseys or tops. But the back pockets on my old but still wearable jerseys are also worthless. Shoes are Mtn bike SPD compatable cleats, and a bright road helmet and prescription athletic glasses to top the look off! And as a former endurance and time trials racer, no e-assist needed!
