  1. I'm so much a Peter fan๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿฅณ! F1 tech,driving style and drivers' character…that's why I love F1๐Ÿฅฐ

  2. I donโ€™t think this Cameron f1 guy realizes that Alonso and max are both better then Lewis ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ

  3. Max Verstappen is something different, we've never seen something like him in F1. He's far beyond Senna, Schumi, Lewis or whoever graced the tracks in a car. He deserves way more respect than he's getting!

  4. I agree with Peter Windsor, myself being a F1 follower for over 30 years, in that drivers come and go, and if you follow the sport because you like a specific driver, you will get disappointed at some stage. I was a huge Senna supporter, but I had to change my perspective following his death.
IMO support ALL drivers, and learn to appreciate all aspects of the sport, especially the โ€œtech arms raceโ€ for the most superior car. ONLY with decent cars can the best drivers be able to take the competition to the next level like Lewis and Max and Alonso is currently. Having said all that, just look and appreciate what Alex Albon achieved in Canada with his P7..! , and James Vowles trying to revamp the old Williams team..itโ€™s amazing.
F1 is great spectacle measured in millionโ€™s of $โ€™s and in milliseconds, with the very best engineers and drivers pitted against each other..
Finally I believe all the fans now complaining about a boring F1 scene are hypocritical since we all had to sit and watch 7 years of domination by MB and Lewis Hamilton, now standing at 103 victories.. this is supporting my position that F1 supporters should learn to appreciate all aspects the sport, and appreciate EVERY single driver..

  5. Your discussions with Peter are just brilliant. Well done. I would love for you to revisit the Hamilton/Russell dynamic sometime in the future. Note that he complements you all the time.

  6. A question to peter: How did both Merc drivers go into Raskas Corner in Monaco Q3? Aston Martin was as slow as Mercedes in Q3. So I think it's matter of Max skills and the car.

  7. People talk about the Red Bull car which is great but if Max wasnโ€™t there this would be a very close season Max is a very special talent and for me this is what F1 is all about and the drive to survive crowd will fade no matter what happens for them itโ€™s a fad which they will tire of I actually liked the show but not the drama crap that itโ€™s turned into. We have too much world wide wrestling

  8. Charles Leclerq, hmm. The problem: Charles overdrives himself, trying to surpass the limitations of the car and goes off the track way too many times. Second: Charles is fast over one lap, nevertheless, can't handle pressure over an entire race, he gets his knickers in a twist, becomes nervous and makes mistakes. That's why Charles is not a complete driver. To win the championship you need to be a more complete racer, it's not good enough to be superior over one lap.

  9. I hope one day disocvery channel and history channel and national geographic all take a huge crack on all these aspects of Formula 1

  10. This was a very insightful interview, and has given me a lot to think about. I fully agree fans like myself would greatly enjoy more behind the scenes information, from at least a glimpse to tech development (they can blur any car details), to cost cap management a la NFL discussions, and especially to driver / team interaction. Thanks!

  11. I'm surprised no one compares seeing a great car and a great driver winning to watching a great football team with great players lay down the perfect game of football. People loved seeing the historically amazing teams play like the ACMilan team of the 80' or the Barcelona with prime Messi.

  12. We're going to witness some upcoming exciting races between Max, Alonso and Lewis and the metal of each driver will be tested going forward in almost equal cars (in terms of performance closing)

  13. I would like to hear how Windsor explain how Max has absolute temperature control from the tires or brake disc.

GP say to Max: your left rear tire is to hot.
And 1 round later the tires are all the same.

GP say to Max: your left front brake disc is to cold,
2 rounds later GP tell to Max the Brake disk is awakening..

And Max reacts afcourse as Max with: Good morning
    ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  14. One very pleasant and civilised interviewer and one very experienced F1 expert, that is a winning combination. Great vid.

  15. Drive to Survive rocks! They do what they do brilliantly. They are not catering to Peter. And more to the point, they can't elegantly be all things F1 to all people. For the casual fan, they provide a great show and a great service. If I want more insight, a broader view…. I come to Peter for that ๐Ÿ™‚ Perhaps Drive to Survive tech series, and also a biz series…. that too would be great. A big ask as it is. PS. Great show thanks Cam.

  16. They have to slow Red Bull down? The other teams are supposed to get better right? What makes you think changes to the regs will slow Red Bull? They have the king Newey. He will hit any changes out the park.

  17. Anytime someone says they are an F1 fan and mention drive to survive and do not know the relevance of my sons name (Ayrton) I know they full of shit lol

  18. I think you both underestimate the phenomenon of the fan. For me personally as a Formula 1 enthusiast, I have been a changeable fan and the main reason for this is that I do feel attracted to Formula 1 only by the presence of a specific driver. My interest in Formula 1 started in the late Senna era and ended when Michael Schumacher announced his retirement. Despite the talent Lewis Hamilton was already present at the time, it turned out that Lewis apparently did not appeal to me as a driver. And I lost interest and stopped watching Formula 1. Until suddenly there was the moment of some crazy kid from the Netherlands. From literally his first race, this boy almost immediately caused a sensation on the track. This kid had some balls and bravado that I loved. it reminded me of the types Ayrton and Michael 2 talents who in no way compromised their character and their ambitions in an almost extreme way. And now there was that 17-year-old boy with the same fire and a look that I don't give a damn about what others think of me. Those kind of personalities have attracted me to watching formula 1 and actually applies to all branches of sport, people want to see a Messie or a Ronaldo that makes their sport their favorite. For example, a Lewis is a completely different personality than the one mentioned earlier. A person who is very sensitive to his environment and how he is seen by them. And that, despite his great talent, is just a little too ordinary and therefore too predictable. But Lewis has perhaps the largest fan base a driver has ever had for precisely that reason ๐Ÿ™‚

  19. If you're a fan of f1, my 1/43 scale model formula 1 collection is online.. Your feedback matters a lot

  20. SAVE THE PLANET….ouch I love the pure artistry of dancing with four contact points,on the very edge of adhesions. BUT how many liters of fuel in the transport jets do the F 1 road show burn on take off?Do the math and get back to me on saving the planet

  21. crazy how these days people say it's only the car…
i remember his first races in F1… his eagerness and aggressiveness was visible from the start, his first W, beating every teammate he had by a huge margin…a master of wet…his special driving style perfectly suited for that hard to drive redbull…and now when he has the best car on the grid we finally understand he was not only aggressive and skilled… he also has insane race pace / race craft…i don't think he even peaked yet… he`s 2x WC on 2 different cars, soon to be 3x WC… he reminds me of Schumacher Sr. sometimes… a perfectionist…
if the guy will win 8 WC will be remembered as the GOAT

  22. I'm a blood Brit Fan. My season Favourite is Leclerc. I am starting to follow Max in social media too. Love the Sport. Thank you Sirโค

  23. I want more of George and Lando super performance too. Thank you Boysโค๐ŸŽ‰โค๐ŸŽ‰โค
