Tradition will definitely be changed now, there is NO WAY the PGA Tour is still in the power position. The deal reeks of subservience for them! Saudi Arabia now has huge voice in the game thanks to them.

Norman's excuse of wanting to grow the game is laughable. He has had plenty of opportunities in the past to get involved to do that. Norman only cares about the $$$$..for the top players and screw the rest…it has nothing to do with the "good for the game". I wouldn't be surprised if we never hear from GN again.

Sands is delusional. "a tradition sport". Rules have been changing for hundreds of years. It was only 40 years ago that no black man would every walk in the front door of Augusta (only through the servant door) Tiger changed that.
Will the “Actual” truth Ever come out, that as of last fall the PGA was running out of money and the hierarchy at Augusta saw they were going to move quickly to save the Tour?
i'll say it,,,,LIV is not going anywhere,,,,sure the PGA has the control and can shut it down, But what Greg did for the sport, i'd bet the players will follow him. He now know of the mistakes and can correct them. I'd say Greg will be head of the New Liv or a different name and this time, without all that extra baggage. I'm hoping the PGA don't have shotgun or team play, but they see the some players and some fans liked it, so i'd bet they try and use it once or twice. Change has come to the PGA and they have to keep changing or fall behind.

You just don’t get it. Without LIV for the PGA to battle against the PGA will wither and die. It’s audience is dwindling and old. LIV and their team format will sell and grow worldwide. People don’t want to sit and watch seven hours of golf. They record it and fast forward the commercials. No one likes hypocritical bullies like Jay but they love the new hip LIV network. You guys just can’t let go of the dinosaur the PGA is and without LIV PGA will end up just like the dinosaur extinct
