  1. C;Mon, James! Can you please highlight the fact that Todd did not fire the entire offensive coaching staff? He kept his boys on the payroll. A new OC will want to hire his staff & not keep the coaches from the previous OC. This is the main hold up to us getting the best OC.

  2. this is why Brady retired, the offence is terrible and even Evans gave up mid season! Until you get a "Professional" O Line, No one wants to go there! it won`t happen very soon either. But, if you sign a couple of Pro bowlers, maybe Brady will come back.

  3. The Bucs have a lot of talent on offense. Jensen will be healthy. Bucs need a qb and more speed on offense. That’s it.
The Bucs are being deliberate. And candidates are also being deliberate. That’s what well-adjusted adults do

  4. I repeat nobody wants to go to a team with a joke of a head coach, clown for a GM, and quite frankly clueless team owners and who has a big question mark at quarterback. Hell nobody should want to go to Tampa when they're just going to be losing year around because the team is in rebuilding mode.

  5. I can't see why Todd Bowles would stay now. He has to know he is not going to last beyond next season. The Brady cap hit just put the Bucs into a situation that next year is a tank year. The Glazers may not have wanted this, but they have been boxed into this corner. Probably should have fired Bowles so he would not suffer. If they are losing David, Dean, Smith, Brate, and maybe others…it makes no sense for Bowles to be here.

  6. I can tell you’ve been listening to big media! Everything will be fine and if these OCs don’t want to be with us then ✌️ bro cause I only want someone here if their whole heart is in the job! And I don’t think we major holes to fill, I think we got some simple fixes just like any other team this time of year! It’s time for change get rid of the coaches and players that are riding the coat tails of our championship!

  7. Brady retired, Bowles could be fired if bucs have a losing season. Basically OC set up for failure.

  8. No surprise that guys don't wanna be oc on a Brady-less Buc team. 55 million in the hole is a huge reason for star players to leave.

  9. Everyone share this video so the OCs can see it because no one seems to the want the job.

  10. I hope the front office is being head strong on letting Trask being the starting QB they took him for this reason when Brady retired.

  11. An organization that gets rid of coaches to appease fans with zero back up plans and a rebuild looming.. why would anyone want to come to the Bucs as a coach

  12. Yes it’s a problem because the wrong man was fired and the wrong man was kept. No quality OC wants to jump on a sinking ship. We have a great core of players but a failed HC multiple times.

  13. No troble. Just very little talent out there. But anything's better than the same 10 plays over and over again.

  14. I believe so..Look at success Leftwich had..Lost 2 all pro offensive lineman plus Stinnie for back up and got crushed by fans and press..Plus it's a 1 year job now..
