  1. She payed the Rent on the 2 of january and got a receipt but then she said she returned from Vacation the 4th of january ???

  2. For some reason the idea of “yep” only ever being appropriate at the beach is so funny to me.

  3. How does any adult of reasonable intelligence not know that you don't say "Yip" instead of "Yes" in court?

  4. Lol ok but the “You’re sister and I” correction was a little unnecessary 😂😂😂 True, but more grandmotherly than judicial.

  5. Those defendants certainly didn't look any innocent to me. As for the English language, the majority of the youngsters have a serious problem with reading, writing, and speaking. Anyway they are quite smart with lol, LMAO, etc.

  6. This was wrong jj was on the wrong side here. Two girls teaming up on this one when they disobeyed they’re contract and damaged her property! Doesn’t matter the extent of damages or what jj deams important damage or furniture. They ruined her table they pay fo it. Thy disobey a signed agreement they pay for it.

  7. who helds a party with out there room mate knowing that is mess up and they didnt pay for the damage of the table sheesh i would sue them for this

  8. JJ annoyed me here. This plaintiff was so prepared, answered only what she asked, was respectful.. then she pulls her up for "me and my friend" not "my friend and I". Now, usually it wouldn't bother me, but she allows people to say it the other way all the time, she was just looking for a reason to tear the plaintiff down. She likes her guests to be all the things this plaintiff was, but even that doesn't appear good enough. She was nitpicking.
