– Chuck Quinton signed a contract in 2008, which gave Chuck permission to use Alison’s research in exchange for a 10% royalty, which he never paid.
– Chuck wrote a book in 2007 called ‘The Rotary Swing’ in which he teaches the opposite fundamentals he claimed Eric Kaplan had stole.
