  1. I really wanted Giannis to admit that his season was IN FACT a failure before getting deep, but what he says is super valid and considering the fact it was right after the game, all the respect to him!

  2. Doesn't play for my team and he might be my favorite player of the last 15years

  3. Whether the campaign can be considered as success or failure depends on the goal set by the team or his personal goal before the start of the season. If the Milwaukee Bucks or Giannis himself set a goal of at least reaching the playoff then its not a failure. However, if the goal was to reach beyond the playoff 1st round e.g Conference Final or NBA Finals, then it can be considered as a failure. But then again, what's important is that Giannis and the rest of the team has given their best. They even have the best record in the East.

  4. Itโ€™s almost unreal how mature Gianniโ€™s is๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜ณ. Like every answer made so much sense

  5. Failing doesn't mean you're a failure. Failing is also part of success. You can't have success without failing.

  6. This Litterally is the most amazing sports speech ever! Every Athlete needs to hear this

  7. Well Giannis you may have not have considered a first round exit from the playoffs a failure, but I think your management might have? They just fired your Coach !

  8. Every basketball fan is lucky to live and experience Gianni's game.
I was lucky to see a bit of Jordan, now Giannis..
We was watching other magicians too, like Messi and Ronaldinho.

Enjoy life folks and love to the person next to you

  9. Man was raised right, and he wasnโ€™t gonna give the media a damn thing๐Ÿ‘

  10. Only difference is that he's getting paid millions to do his job and is expected to win. A lost is a lost and the bucks season was failure. I like Giannis but when you lose to a 8 seeded team in the 1st round when your team is supposed to be the best in the conference and your goal is obviously to win a championship and then compare your job with a reporter while trying to define what success is between the two as your defence. Its just outrageous and stupid, at the end of the day the season was a failure

  11. So easy to ask these questions from your vantage point…unless you're out there experiencing it, it's easy to say…hard to do…

  12. I know he doesn't like to blame injuries for losses but they were undeniably a HUGE part of why they lost this and last year. Middleton was out during the series they lost last year. Giannis was out for two and a half of the four games they lost this year. If Middleton had played last year and Giannis had played this year the outcome would've likely been very different. Excited to see what this team can do with a better coach and an improved lineup next year

  13. These interviews have to be the most annoying part of the job ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚

  14. I realize to fabricate a violent story is the only way to make it uncivil. But again, it's word of mouth.

  15. This guy is so humble and plays it straight!!!! He sounds like a coach to tell you the truth.

  16. I used to think Giannis was very cocky and disrespectful but after watching this interview this changes everything he handled that perfectly!

  17. Jimmy Butler beat him so bad that he started saying that Failure is a good thing๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

  18. Many people(even professional athletes) don't really understand just how hard it is to win a national championship ๐Ÿ† (in this case the Larry O'Brien trophy ๐Ÿ†).

  19. So this is the full interview, not just that two minute clip that a lot of those clown pundits at Fox Sports and ESPN kept killing him over, saying he didn't accept responsibility for the team losing.
