Using Wrist Function in the Golf Swing to Cure the 2 Way Miss!

How the wrists allow force to be transferred through to the end of the golf club is a critical component to a functional golf swing. Here we went through how we can allow that to happen and combined it with some weight shift using the GRF.

As always, a huge thanks to Ryan for letting us share his GRF lesson experience with you guys!

  1. At first, it was like watching a giraffe getting into a car. But once understood he now looks like a golfer. Great work as always.

  2. The results speak for themselves. People just get it with your communication skills and training equipment. It's like they just have found out how there body works.

  3. I have tried the same late release at the range but it feels so open in the club face. Am I correct in saying this is because I am usually used to a flip style release? And the correct release would be a roll the wrists to close the face?

You guys at GRF with your videos have completely changed my swing, i won’t bother watching anyone else now as other teachers just complicate the golf swing too much.

    Thank you guys!
