In this video, Adam teaches you how to finally stay in posture during the downswing. Many amateur golfers tend to come in steep to the golf ball which ultimately forces the golfer to stand up in order to shallow the golf club in the last second. By using these early extension fixes, the golfer will notice that there will be more pure shots coming off the club face more consistently.

I played this weekend using Adams teachings and I never hit so many shots flush. Problem is I was hitting them to far so I scrambled all day. I need to go to simulator and learn my new yardages.

That is a short guy training tool. I am 6’6” with long leg, and that hits my hamstrings. I find the alignment stick doesn’t apply enough feel, and constantly has to readjusted.
