Case studies from BBG school in SD. Sounds crazy but these are legit results.
Brandon has been playing for 1 year. VERY disciplined about his drills and has improved very fast. He gains 64 yards by changing his stance and his release.
Doug has been playing forever and has a chronically flat golf swing that he knew about but was never able to fix until now. gained 40 yards, and straighter (draws now instead of blocks)
Also included a speed training protocol I have been using with so special old equipment.

well question yes techn from 90s and from 2000 is but what about tech from 08-2015 does that have any effect….i played a razr x driver and i was still out driving guys using mavriks and titliest new driver …..i think its the player…the player can out preform the technology.
Hi Brandon love the channel that's why I'm a subscriber of course but at 1630 ish you showed Doug's swing saying how different it was well you might want to review the tape because when you put it into slow motion the hands don't get any higher or any deeper the only difference o can see is better contact which lower spin which obviously made the carry numbers go up slightly. Yet you and Dr Scott both said oh yer much better swing but in reality the swings where nearly identical.
the added speed for brandon is mostly because of the release. if you hold off the club the body doesn't want to go faster because you would hurt yourself. The rest of it I do't know.

Doug will have to really focus and perform many repetitions to get his hands higher in backswing. He keeps going back to his flat swing,

To my eye the first guy’s movement looks really like Eric Meichtry, so I’m sure he could get really good like Eric, and might benefit from learning from him.🤔
Great video! Incidentally, would you do a short vid on the influence of squaring-up the trail foot? I saw this video yesterday, squared my trail foot today at the range and immediately saw more distance and felt more power. How does a simple tweak like that have that much impact?

I enjoy the channel, but I think the before/after of the first golfer was a bit misleading as the large difference was more about strike than club head speed or anything he might have been doing with his swing. The 3600+ rpm spin in drive 1 tells me it was likely a heel or low strike…likely result of holding off the release or cutting across the ball. The 2nd drive had a more reasonable launch angle with sub-1800 rpm spin which was the perfect formula for a bomb.
What did I miss? What tech helped?
