Thompson beat Griekspoor in Davis Cup, so he has been warned. Although Griekspoor was playing very poorly in that match. So he is the clear favourite.

Great tournament from Rinky. Hope to see more of him on tour, he's really fun to watch.
Imagine being an LL, making the semis of a legit tourney … and then losing to an out of form Jordan Thompson. Ouch.
You can see the lack of inexperience of Hijikata at this level: questionable shots selection, misplacements, overpowering when he’s about to be broken… amazing tourney for him but i feel he could have passed that one with a bit more concise game. He is especially struggling with passing shots it seems.
